At Courts Treasure Shop, all products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Once your purchase is complete and the download link has been accessed or delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes purchases made by mistake, change of mind, or device/software incompatibility.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your file, contact us within 7 days of purchase at courtwt@courtstreasure.comand we will resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, contact us at courtwt@courtstreasure.com within 7 days and we will send a replacement.

EU Customers

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the download, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal upon access.
