1. About Court's Treasure Shop These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of courtstreasure.com (the "Site") and the purchase of digital products offered by Court's Treasure Shop, owned and operated by Courtney Wong, located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Digital Products All products sold on this Site are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. No physical goods are shipped. You will receive access to your download immediately after payment is confirmed.
3. Intellectual Property All digital products, content, designs, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Court's Treasure Shop. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use purchased products for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, or claim ownership of any product.
4. No Refunds All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. Exceptions apply for duplicate charges, broken download links, or delivery of the wrong product. Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase to hello@courtstreasure.com.
5. EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by accessing your digital download immediately upon purchase, you waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law.
6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use any product or content from this Site for unlawful purposes, to infringe on the rights of others, or to create competing products for resale. AI prompts and templates are provided as tools — Court's Treasure Shop is not responsible for outputs generated through third-party AI platforms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties Products are provided "as is." Court's Treasure Shop makes no guarantees regarding specific results from use of any product. Digital products are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other licensed advice.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court's Treasure Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
