All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales at Courts Treasure Shop are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or access has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why We Have This Policy

Digital products (including AI prompt packs, templates, and toolkits) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Because the content is immediately accessible upon purchase, we cannot verify whether it has been used or not.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• Your download link is broken or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue
• You received the wrong product

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with supporting evidence of delivery.
